We do not require long-term contracts on most packages.

This varies based on the industry your business is involved in. We have campaigns we have launched for clients that started producing substantial ROI’s in the first month, and we have also had clients that didn’t start seeing a good return until their 3rd of 4th month into our services. Marketing takes time, and the rule of thumb is generally about 90 days from start of service.

We start the next business day once the invoice is paid. We do not have a “lull” time as some other agencies have. We go straight to work and we don’t waste any time.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. Refunds are solely at the discretion of your account manager. This applies to all advertising spend and any invoices or payments made to Pixel Marketing LLC.

At this time we only offer free trials for seller lead generation.

Discounts are provided based on an early payment arrangement. Some clients opt to pay years in advance to save thousands of dollars on the backend.
